Your data never leaves your network. inferonIQ is designed as a Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) platform. The software deploys as a sealed container inside your infrastructure. We do not access, copy, or transmit your business data to our servers or any third party.

Account Information

When you create an account or request a demo, we may collect your name, email address, company name, and job title for account management and communication purposes.

Usage Analytics

We may collect anonymized usage metrics (feature adoption, query counts, error rates) to improve product quality. This data contains no business content, database values, or personally identifiable information from your data sources.

Your Business Data

inferonIQ connects read-only to your databases and ERPs. All data processing occurs within your infrastructure. We never store, transmit, or access your business data outside your network perimeter.

4. Data Security

  • Role-Based Access Control — Granular permissions at user, group, and role level
  • Full Audit Trail — Every query, action, and access event is logged
  • PII/PHI Detection — Automatic detection and masking of sensitive data fields
  • Encryption — TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest for any local metadata

5. Data Retention

Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely. Your business data is never retained by inferonIQ — it remains exclusively in your infrastructure.

6. Third-Party Services

inferonIQ may use third-party AI model providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) for natural language processing. When AI models are invoked, only the schema metadata and query context are sent — never raw business data, row-level records, or PII. Enterprise customers may opt for fully on-premise AI models with zero external API calls.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of your account information
  • Request correction or deletion of your account information
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
  • Request information about how your data is processed

8. Cookies

Our marketing website uses essential cookies for functionality (session management, authentication) and analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our site. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. The inferonIQ application dashboard uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
